The Office of the General Counsel educates and advises Boston College leadership, faculty, and staff about the laws and regulations that apply to the University. In furtherance of Boston College’s mission, we strive to provide timely, informed, and thoughtful advice to help prevent legal problems and address them when they occur. We facilitate transactions, advise on policies and procedures, and oversee the University’s compliance program.
