Foundation helps advance social work in South America

Santander Universities, the international foundation of Banco Santander, has renewed a $450,000 pledge to sustain the international doctoral program in social welfare at the School of Social Work. The program will continue the partnership between BC and select Jesuit universities in South America to advance and professionalize the field of social work on that continent.
