Daniel Garzón Maldonado

Daniel Garzón is a Fulbright scholar and Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy. He holds a B.A. and M.A. from the National University of Colombia. For several years, he worked in the office of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the same university.
