I am a firm believer that scholarship is best when done in community. Most recently, I have co-founded the Identity Research Gathering (IRG) with colleagues at INSEAD (Jen Petriglieri) and Wharton (Nancy Rothbard). As the name implies, our purpose is to bring together a group of scholars to understand identity dynamics and their role in organizations.
