The Leadership Development area in the Office of Student Involvement offers students opportunities to develop leadership skills and abilities through transformative, experiential programs. Students who participate in our programs will engage in reflection and discernment—allowing them to form a personal philosophy of leadership and realize their ability to lead on individual, group, and community levels. Guided by the mission of Boston College, a Catholic, Jesuit university, our programs equip and empower students to engage in leadership for and with others at Boston College and beyond.
