The building at 2101 Commonwealth Avenue was originally constructed in 1927. The Neo-Renaissance palazzo was acquired by Boston College in 2004 and has been renovated to host meetings and functions. The addition of the adjacent glass-enclosed space that houses the McMullen Museum of Art was completed in 2016.
