After a decade of working in finance on both the public and private side, Alexis Allen joined the Teixeira Loughran Group at UBS where she focuses on supporting entrepreneurs, successful female leaders, and next-generation clients. Alexis brings a modern approach to supporting high-net-worth clients and founders. Prior to her time at UBS, she served as the chief of staff at Carta and as a member of the Core Management Team at Bridgewater Associates. She began her career at UBS as an analyst in the Global Wealth Management Graduate Training Program. Alexis has also advised and angel-invested in several companies, primarily focused on diverse-led companies.

Outside of work, Alexis has a passion for giving back through her board involvement at the Robin Hood Foundation, Food Bank for NYC, Vital Voices Global Partnership, Tory Burch Foundation, Boston College Alumni Association Board of Directors, and Tech:NYC. Alexis received a bachelor of science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in finance and entrepreneurship. Alexis lives in New York with her husband.

Mian is currently a managing director on the U.S. Equities Franchise Sales team and is responsible for advising institutional investors across various hedge funds across the multi-strategy, event-driven, and sector-focused strategies.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Mian graduated from high school in East Brunswick, New Jersey. At BC, Mian also volunteered with the Cape Verdean Students Association and was a member of the Heightsmen, Boston College’s all-male a capella group.

Before Antara Capital, Mary Kate was a strategy associate at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she worked in the Onyx and Corporate Strategy units. As a managing director in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Jim Collins is responsible for providing capital raising and financial advisory services within the real estate industry.  Jim is a commercial real estate generalist with a background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has advised on over 45 M&A transactions with a total value in excess of $260 billion. Jim has significant experience representing corporate and financial clients as both a buyer and seller. Jim is based in New York, at the firm’s global headquarters. He is actively involved in firm initiatives including recruiting and mentoring, diversity and inclusion, alumni engagement, and community service. 

Jim’s noteworthy advisory and IPO experience has been in conventional property types and within the cold storage, data center, and net lease specialty sectors. Jim was previously a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young. He and his wife Wendy live in Greenwich, Connecticut, with their three children, May (17), Caroline (14), and Jimmy (14).

Her work encompasses relationship management, program development, and strategic initiatives to attract top candidates to Citi.

Emily holds a B.A. in Psychology and Marketing from Boston College. She is passionate about talent acquisition, investing in early career staff, and developing future leaders. With a decade of experience at Citi, Emily has built a diverse and impactful career within human resources. Prior to her current role, she supported key divisions including treasury and trade solutions, client analytics, and capital markets. Emily’s earlier career includes experience as a legal recruiter at Winston & Strawn LLP.

Beyond her professional achievements, Emily previously served on the board of Wall Street Associates for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. She now serves as a Corporate Ambassador for BC’s Wall Street Business Leadership Council. Emily resides in New York with her husband and their two young sons.

Earlier in his career, Dan had experience in risk management for a fund-of-hedge funds and product control for structured credit at an investment bank. Dan received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Boston College.

Chris Hentemann organized and launched 400 Capital Management LLC (400CM) in October 2008. Chris is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of 400CM as well as the Chair of the firm’s investment and executive committees. Prior to 400CM, Chris was head of global structured products at Bank of America Securities where he led the strategy for lending, securitization, trading, sales, research and investment management of residential and commercial mortgage asset-backed securities, CLOs, tax and credit derivatives. Prior to joining BAS, Chris was vice president and a senior trader in residential mortgage securities, CMOs, and derivatives at Salomon Brothers Inc. Chris began his career at CS First Boston where he was responsible for trading and structuring residential mortgage securities, CMOs, and derivatives. Chris serves on the executive committee for the BC Wall Street Business Leadership Council, and the board of directors for Domus Kids and the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation. Chris graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 1990 with a bachelor of science in finance.

Greg Hurchalla is a former federal prosecutor and “top lawyer,” as described by several Philadelphia-area publications in 2025. Greg began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. He then became a deputy attorney general in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, working in the Environmental Crimes Section, where he handled complex litigation, prosecuting both individual and corporate polluters. In 2003, Greg returned to Delaware County as the deputy district attorney in charge of the Economic Crime, Public Integrity and Elder Exploitation Units. He also served as the office’s lead public relations officer. While with the District Attorney’s Office, he also served as a special assistant U.S. attorney in Philadelphia. In 2009, Greg went on to join the Justice Department as an assistant United States attorney in Savannah, Georgia.

Throughout his career as a state and federal prosecutor, Greg prosecuted a wide range of high-profile cases, including complex environmental and white-collar cases as well as numerous homicide cases. Several high profile cases have garnered national attention, including cases featured on America’s Most Wanted, NBC’s Tonight Show, and the National Enquirer and other national publications. He has also been recognized for his work by two separate victim’s rights organizations, Women Against Rape and Senior Victim Services, for his work on behalf of victims of crimes. Greg has previously served as a discovery master in both Civil and Orphans Court and has served on his township’s zoning board. He has also represented indigent accused in federal court selected by members of the federal court system to serve on the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Criminal Justice Act panel. He has also taught a variety of legal and litigation-related topics at area universities and local law enforcement agencies. Since working in private practice, Greg has focused his practice primarily on civil litigation, most recently focused on commercial litigation. He also represented individuals and businesses in connection with a wide range of matters including criminal and/or white-collar cases, as well as both large-scale and small-scale commercial litigation, commercial real estate, government regulatory matters, and professional licensing matters. Throughout his career, he has tried numerous cases (including a total of over 40 jury trials) and/or litigated a variety of matters in federal and/or state courts ranging from Massachusetts to Georgia and throughout Pennsylvania. He has a JD from Suffolk University Law School and an MBA from Villanova University.

Anna Kelleher is the Chief Financial Officer of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Prior to joining One Rock, Anna  served as director of finance at The Riverside Company, where she was primarily responsible for Riverside’s flagship middle market buyout fund and its structured capital fund.  Prior to The Riverside Company, Anna was a manager in Capital Source’s Corporate Finance Group.

Anna  also held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and at Pfizer.  She  began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where she was an assurance supervisor in the Financial Services Group.

Anna  earned a B.S. in accounting from the Carroll School of Management. She is a also Certified Public Accountant.

Martin Kelly has served as Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Global Management since 2012. In this role, he has financial oversight of Apollo Asset Management and Athene, as well as group financial operations including treasury, investor relations, strategic finance, tax, and audit. Prior to the merger of Apollo with Athene in 2022, he additionally served as Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2019. From 2008 to 2012, he was with Barclays Capital and, from 2000 to 2008, with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. serving in senior finance and banking roles. Martin previously spent 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and was appointed a partner of the firm in 1999. 

Martin was educated in Australia, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in finance and accounting at the University of New South Wales (1988), as well as a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (1990). He was licensed as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and a CPA in the United States. Martin is a trustee of The Hotchkiss School, a director of The US Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, and a member of the executive committee of the BC Wall Street Council. Before joining Centerview, Brock started his career at Deutsche Bank in the Consumer & Business Services Group in New York. Jonathan Rather ’82 is currently a senior advisor at the private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) after serving for 27 years as a general partner and member of the Investment Committee and Management Committee. With more than $35 billion under management, his responsibilities included portfolio/investment management, finance, financial reporting, investor relations, and managing the firm’s overall operations. Previously, he spent 14 years with the Goelet Investment Office, serving as chief operating officer and chief financial officer, and he currently serves on the Goelet Investment Advisory Committee. Prior to Goelet, Jon spent three years with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has been involved with several charitable organizations focused on education and community outreach, including over 25 years of service as treasurer, Executive Committee, and Board member of Domus, which assists more than 1,500 underserved and underrepresented youths and their families in Stamford, Connecticut. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and a master’s degree in taxation from Pace University. In his sales role, he specializes in the financial institutions sector. He also serves on the Evercore ISI Management Committee and steers the logistics for the Evercore ISI Investment Policy Committee.

Prior to joining Evercore as one of the founding partners of the Evercore Equities team in 2010, Ned spent 17 years as a Managing Director and U.S. financial specialist salesman at Fox-Pitt, Kelton (FPK), as well as a member of the FPK U.S. Equities Management Committee.

Tom Traynor, CFA, is a vice chairman and co-head of U.S. large loans in debt & structured finance at CBRE, focusing on institutional debt advisory, with specific expertise in originating, structuring, and negotiating large commercial real estate finance transactions.

His performance demonstrates a deep and broad command of commercial real estate financing. Since joining CBRE in August  2016, Tom has arranged more than $57 billion in large fixed- and floating-rate financing transactions ranging from single assets to large portfolios. To date, Tom has originated more than $100 billion in commercial real estate loans throughout the United States, spanning all property types.

Prior to CBRE, Tom was a managing director at Deutsche Bank, where he spent 20 years within the commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets group.

Dan Tonkovich is vice president of portfolio company operations & transformations at Blue Owl Capital, where he is focused on operational improvements and value creation across Blue Owl’s portfolio of investments. 
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Dan spent over a decade as a senior management consultant at A.T. Kearney and Deloitte, where he teamed with company executives and financial sponsors on growth strategy, corporate development (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and ventures), and operational transformation projects for private equity–backed portfolio companies and Fortune 100 enterprises.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest (near Portland, Oregon), Dan started his career in New York City after graduating from theCarroll School of Management in 2013. In 2019, he also earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a private equity fellow. 

While at BC, Dan was highly active in student life. Among other involvements, he was senior editor for The Heights, an ambassador for the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics and a graduate of its Jenks Leadership Program, a council member for the Shaw Leadership Program, a Kairos retreat leader, a Campus Ministry service trip participant to Brazil, an undergraduate research fellow, and a member of the intramural football team.  

Dan is an active BC alum, passionate about advancing the University’s mission and providing the same beneficial mentorship he received as a student. He is currently a part of the Wall Street Business Leadership Council and previously served on the GOLD Leadership Council and as co-chair of the Class of 2013’s 5th- and 10th-year Reunions.

He is married to Eileen Westfahl ’87, and has three children, Kevin, Richard, and Steven. The family resides in Stamford, Connecticut, and Brewster, Massachusetts. Brian began his career with seven years at Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston, focusing on assurance and business advisory, principally in the manufacturing, energy and technology sectors. Brian earned a BS from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
