      • Creating opportunities for personal, professional, and spiritual growth and celebration that elevate historically and systematically excluded voices;
      • Acknowledging the history of the LGBTQ+ community at BC and engaging with and serving as a resource for the University, students, and alumni on issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community
  • Goals
    • Engagement: Connect LGBTQ+ alumni through meaningful programs and advance the role of LGBTQ+ alumni as leaders in the BC community
    • Professional and Personal Development: Cultivate a network of LGBTQ+ alumni who aim to improve the quality of life for communities within and beyond the University
    • Student and Alumni Mentorship: Assist the University in providing both students and alumni with supportive mentoring and career networking opportunities
    • Collaboration: Work with the University to achieve meaningful representation of and improve support of LGBTQ+ students, alumni, faculty, and staff; address issues related to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion at the University and beyond; and celebrate the intersecting identities within the LGBTQ+ community in partnership with the AHANA+ Alumni Advisory Council and the Council for Women
