The Corporate Citizenship Leadership Certificate
This learning experience (available by application only) is designed to help you reflect on your leadership strengths and weaknesses, while developing actionable insights into your leadership style and practice. Participants who complete the program are awarded a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Leadership from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Frequently Asked Questions
You might be a good candidate for this certificate program if you have:
A minimum of five years of direct corporate citizenship experience and scope of responsibility;
OR
A Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management, a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Practice, or a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Sustainability Reporting from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, plus a minimum of three years of direct corporate citizenship experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Program registration is open exclusively to corporate citizenship practitioners working inside of for-profit companies. In some cases, eligibility extends to nonprofit healthcare organizations, credit unions, and consulting firms (if they have a dedicated corporate citizenship/sustainability department). Nonprofit professionals, consultants, students, and academics are not eligible. Yes, Leadership Academy participants enjoy an opportunity to reconvene at the annual Corporate Citizenship Conference, which is being held in Los Angeles in 2026. Admission to the Conference is included in your certificate program tuition.
