Conference FAQs
Please Remember: Your Name Badge Is Essential
For security purposes all BCConf attendees need to have their name tags on when entering meeting spaces and reception areas. You can pick up your name badge at the Conference registration desk. If you lose it or forget it in your hotel room, please go back to BCCCC registration for a new one.
Finding Your Way Around the Conference
This year's conference space spans several key areas. Please download the app (instructions below) to help you navigate the hotel's different floors and venues. If you have trouble downloading or using the app, come find us at the registration deck (mezzanine level). We can direct you to IT support.
