Jacqui is the Chief People Officer at ServiceNow, leading all talent strategies for the company’s rapidly growing global workforce. She is focused on constantly improving employee experiences by putting people at the center and enabling them through technology.
Prior to joining ServiceNow in September 2021, she served as Chief People Officer at WPP and Walmart, driving complex transformations. Previously, Jacqui worked at Accenture for 25 years, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of the business.
Committed to advancing future innovation and enabling business leaders of all levels and backgrounds, Jacqui advises startups that share her passion for improving user experience and advancing health in the workplace. From serving on the boards of Project Healthy Minds, the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), and Boston College, to meeting with dozens of entrepreneurs and nonprofits annually to learn about their business models, give advice, and make investor connections, she is passionate about using her experience to lift others.

Emily Filangieri ’12
Global Head of University Relations, Citi
Emily Filangieri joined Citi in 2015 and is the Global Head of University Relations. In this leadership position, Emily is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Citi’s engagement with universities, ensuring strong pipelines of early career talent across all business lines. Her work encompasses relationship management, program development, and strategic initiatives to attract top candidates to Citi.
Emily holds a B.A. in Psychology and Marketing from Boston College. She is passionate about talent acquisition, investing in early career staff, and developing future leaders. With a decade of experience at Citi, Emily has built a diverse and impactful career within human resources. Prior to her current role, she supported key divisions including treasury and trade solutions, client analytics, and capital markets. Emily’s earlier career includes experience as a legal recruiter at Winston & Strawn LLP.
Beyond her professional achievements, Emily previously served on the board of Wall Street Associates for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. She now serves as a Corporate Ambassador for BC’s Wall Street Business Leadership Council. Emily resides in New York with her husband and their two young sons.

Chris Hentemann ’90, P’23,’28
Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, 400 Capital Management
Chris Hentemann organized and launched 400 Capital Management LLC (400CM) in October 2008. Chris is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of 400CM as well as the Chair of the firm’s investment and executive committees. Prior to 400CM, Chris was head of global structured products at Bank of America Securities where he led the strategy for lending, securitization, trading, sales, research and investment management of residential and commercial mortgage asset-backed securities, CLOs, tax and credit derivatives. Prior to joining BAS, Chris was vice president and a senior trader in residential mortgage securities, CMOs, and derivatives at Salomon Brothers Inc. Chris began his career at CS First Boston where he was responsible for trading and structuring residential mortgage securities, CMOs, and derivatives. Chris serves on the executive committee for the BC Wall Street Business Leadership Council, and the board of directors for Domus Kids and the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation. Chris graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 1990 with a bachelor of science in finance.

Henry Hentemann ’23

Henry joined JP Morgan as a High Yield Credit Trading analyst at the end of 2023. Henry is currently transitioning from JP Morgan and joining PIMCO's Commercial Real Estate Asset Management team. At Boston College, he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in finance.

Julia Sanchez Ho ’17
Senior Brand Manager, Dom Pérignon, Moët Hennessy
Julia Ho is the Senior Brand Manager for Dom Pérignon at Moët Hennessy, LVMH's Wine & Spirits division. She is responsible for developing the brand strategy, marketing objectives, and key programs for the U.S. market. She oversees the execution of brand programming with the consumer engagement, public relations and communications, trade marketing, and commercial sales teams to craft luxury experiences and deliver volume and profit targets. She joined Moët Hennessy in 2021 as a Consumer Engagement Manager where she led digital programming and paid media for Veuve Clicquot and Moët & Chandon. Julia began her career at PHD Media (a subsidiary of Omnicom Media Group), working in integrated media and investment strategy for SAP and Diageo. She graduated from Boston College in 2017 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Hispanic Studies, and spent a summer in the Summer Management Catalyst Program at the Carroll School, where she discovered her interest in marketing.

Joe Irineo ’03

Joe Irineo is a Managing Director and Head of Cross Asset & Special Situations Sales in Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division in NY. He has been at the firm for over 18 years and is responsible for managing relationships with many of their most meaningful equity accounts. Joe is Co-Chair of MS’ firmwide Family Network. He sits on the MS Equity Diversity Council, as well as serving as the program leader for the firm’s Equity Sales & Trading Analyst Program. He received his MBA from Cornell and BS from Boston College. Joe lives in New Jersey with his wife, Charlene (also BC '03), and 2 daughters.

Rich Jacobsen ’99, JD’03

Richard Jacobsen, leader of Orrick's Financial Services Litigation practice and member of the firm’s 12-person Management Committee, represents some of the world’s largest financial services companies in complex and high-value disputes. For over a decade, Rich has successfully defended clients against billions of dollars of claims arising out of the 2008 financial crisis, securing some of the most favorable settlements and trial and appellate victories that have set precedents and significantly impacted the finance industry and his clients’ exposure. While continuing that work today, he also guides investment banks and asset managers through their most significant commercial disputes.

Julio Jimenez ’97, Esq.
Managing Director, BDO
Julio is a Managing Director at the national tax department for BDO USA, where he specializes in taxation of international capital markets. Julio began his career as a tax attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel of the IRS in their national office in Washington, D.C. From there he worked at the national office for two of the Big 4 accounting firms, started his own Wall Street tax law firm, and after selling his practice, he now sits with BDO.
Julio is also a former Jesuit, with skills in spiritual direction, social justice ministry, and working with addictive behaviors and mental health. Julio has served in prisons, hospitals, refugee camps and war-zones.
Julio graduated summa cum laude from Tampa Jesuit High School, was with the BC Presidential Scholars Class of 1997 majoring in political science, and after spending some years with the Jesuits, obtained a J.D. as a Merit Scholar from New England Law and an LL.M. with honors in international taxation from Georgetown Law.
Raised in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Julio is fluent in Spanish, a scuba divemaster, and a comics and toys collector.

Gavin Johnson ’13

Gavin is a client advisor within J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. He focuses on executives of Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurs in the New York City area. Gavin provides customized and holistic advice on all issues pertaining to his clients’ wealth revolving around global investments and risk management through trust, estate, and retirement planning. Gavin also advises his clients on liability management by leveraging J.P. Morgan’s credit platform. Over his 12-year career covering executives, Gavin has melded goal-based advice with executive compensation knowledge to help clients achieve their long-term goals. He was also a part of and eventually managed the Private Bank’s specialty executive program targeting Deloitte’s pre-retirement partners. Gavin is a native New Yorker, and he attended Boston College where he earned a B.A. in sociology. In his free time, Gavin can be found engaging in his two passions, soccer and traveling. Having lived in four countries, he enjoys learning about different cultures and refining his Spanish that he learned while traveling.

Martin Kelly P’26, ’28

Martin Kelly has served as Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Global Management since 2012. In this role, he has financial oversight of Apollo Asset Management and Athene, as well as group financial operations including treasury, investor relations, strategic finance, tax, and audit. Prior to the merger of Apollo with Athene in 2022, he additionally served as Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2019. From 2008 to 2012, he was with Barclays Capital and, from 2000 to 2008, with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. serving in senior finance and banking roles. Martin previously spent 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and was appointed a partner of the firm in 1999.
Martin was educated in Australia, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in finance and accounting at the University of New South Wales (1988), as well as a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (1990). He was licensed as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and a CPA in the United States. Martin is a trustee of The Hotchkiss School, a director of The US Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, and a member of the executive committee of the BC Wall Street Council. He also serves on the scholarship selection committee of The Pat Tillman Foundation.

Yolanda Lyle ’94, JD’01, H’22

Yolanda Lyle is an accomplished attorney and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience providing counsel to pharmaceutical companies. She is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of Pfizer Inc. In this role, she leads the Office of Ethics & Risk Management and is responsible for stewarding Pfizer’s commitment to integrity and building a strong risk management framework to support the company’s operations.
Prior to accepting this appointment, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO of Pfizer, Inc, and New York Headquarters Site Lead.
Yolanda was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of Boston College, where she will contribute to the strategic oversight and mission-driven initiatives of the university. She also serves on the executive committee of the BC Wall Street Business Leadership Council. Yolanda is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, a network of the nation’s most influential African American executives and, in 2024, was honored by Savoy Magazine as one of the Most Influential Executives in Corporate America, as well as by Diversity Women Media as one of the Elite 100 black female executives transforming corporate America.
Yolanda began her career as a corporate attorney with the law firm Nutter, McClennen & Fish, in Boston, Mass. She is a native Bostonian and proud triple eagle, having earned her law degree from BC Law School, her undergraduate degree from BC, as well as an honorary degree from Boston College in May 2022.

Ned Roseberry ’93, P’25
Senior Managing Director, Evercore ISI
Ned Roseberry is a Co-Founder of Evercore Institutional Equities, and Senior Managing Director at Evercore ISI. He is the product manager for Evercore ISI, coordinating cross-firm content engagement across the firm’s research, sales, and trading teams. In his sales role, he specializes in the financial institutions sector. He also serves on the Evercore ISI Management Committee and steers the logistics for the Evercore ISI Investment Policy Committee.
Prior to joining Evercore as one of the founding partners of the Evercore Equities team in 2010, Ned spent 17 years as a Managing Director and U.S. financial specialist salesman at Fox-Pitt, Kelton (FPK), as well as a member of the FPK U.S. Equities Management Committee.
He graduated from BC’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. double major in finance and marketing.

Christopher Seymour ’13

Chris leads a pod within Prime Sales at Barclays, catering to hedge funds and asset managers. He joined Barclays in 2013 as vice president of prime origination sales and was named director in 2020. He earned a bachelor of science from BC with a double major in finance and philosophy.

Inés Spinnato Pujol ’11

Ines Spinnato Pujol is an experienced human resources and communications professional focused on strategy for the chief people officer at S&P Global, working across HR, communications, culture, and corporate responsibility. Ines leads HR for the People Team, executing on strategic priorities and initiatives. She is a trusted advisor to the HR team and a key partner to the HR leadership team.
Prior to joining S&P Global in 2020, Ines served in HR roles at Revlon and has held various legal roles in the private and public sectors. Ines received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Boston College. She grew up in New York City where she currently resides with her husband, who is also a BC alumna, and daughter.

Gracie Sunoo ’23

Gracie Sunoo is a first year analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division. She joined Morgan Stanley full-time after serving in its summer internship program while attending BC, where she double majored in communication and finance. She is involved in Morgan Stanley recruiting for BC students and is part of BC’s Wall Street Business Leadership Council. Gracie was born and raised in Connecticut and now lives in New York City.

Suzanne Sweeney ’07

She has her MBA from NYU Stern and undergrad from Boston College.

Anna Toumey ’00

Anna Kelleher is the Chief Financial Officer of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining One Rock, Anna served as director of finance at The Riverside Company, where she was primarily responsible for Riverside’s flagship middle market buyout fund and its structured capital fund. Prior to The Riverside Company, Anna was a manager in Capital Source’s Corporate Finance Group.
Anna also held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and at Pfizer. She began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where she was an assurance supervisor in the Financial Services Group.
Anna earned a B.S. in accounting from the Carroll School of Management. She is a also Certified Public Accountant.

Justin Toumey ’00

Justin Toumey is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, and leads the operational due diligence review of hedge fund and private equity managers. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2007, Justin spent two years working at Georgetown University’s Endowment Office while pursuing his MBA. Prior to that, he worked at KPMG Consulting for approximately four years as a management consultant in both the finance and telecom industries. Mr. Toumey is a graduate of Boston College where he received a Bachelor of Arts from the School of Arts & Sciences Honors Program. Elizabeth Ward is an associate at Bank of America in the Global Markets division. She sits on the Macro Credit Sales team where she focuses on FICC ETFs. Prior to moving into sales and trading over four years ago, she started her career in CMBS Banking. She graduated from Boston College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Brian Willer ’93

Brian jointly heads up Deutsche Bank’s Global Autotech and North American Automotive coverage, based out of New York. Since 2001, Brian has been a key member of Deutsche Bank’s Industrials corporate finance team, focused on developing and executing M&A transactions, public equity and debt offerings, and private placements.
Brian began his career with seven years at Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston, focusing on assurance and business advisory, principally in the manufacturing, energy and technology sectors. Brian earned a BS from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
