Thus far during the week of January 25 – February 1, Boston College has conducted a total of 8,322 COVID-19 tests, with University Health Services reporting 45 positive cases, including 38 undergraduates.
As of January 28, there are 56 BC undergraduates in isolation—39 in University isolation housing and 17 recovering at home. A total of 439 undergraduates have recovered and returned to normal activities since August.
Between the first day of testing on August 16, and today, University Health Services has conducted 160,431 tests of BC community members with 604 positive cases reported. Among undergrads, UHS has conducted 113,681 tests with 493 positives. The University’s cumulative positivity rate is 0.37%.
By comparison, Boston University has reported 1,162 positive cases, Northeastern University 1,084, and University of Massachusetts-Amherst 774.

Friday, January 29, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, January 30, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, January 31, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Targeted Asymptomatic Testing resumes on Monday, February 1, in the Connell Recreation Center MAC Court Testing Site: Mondays - Thursdays 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
