EmpowerHER
GenHERation: Campus Connection Tour
Last fall, the Center launched its EmpowerHER series, designed to uplift and inspire students to lead with confidence, purpose, and authenticity. During the GenHERation panel, students connected with leaders from Google, Gallagher, Ernst & Young, Amazon Web Services, and Massachusetts General Hospital to explore the value of networking and mentorship. Panelists emphasized that success in today’s business landscape requires leading with empathy, remaining agile, and effectively managing one’s time.
Navigating the Business World After College
Marlene Miller Johnson, Vice President of the Sales and Service Team at Apple Bank and author of Twelve Letters to Young Ladies, led students through an interactive workshop focused on career goal-setting and action-planning.
Lead the Way: Fearless. Confident. Ready.
Business consultant Zoe Bogan guided students through a hands-on case study focused on building confidence and negotiation. She also introduced a framework for creating a “Power Circle”—a trusted network of advisors who will inspire, challenge, and support students as they grow into the leaders they aspire to become.
