Loveman, chairman, chief executive officer, and president of Caesars Entertainment Corporation, denounced criticisms of the gambling industry at the Chief Executives’ Club of Boston on February 14. Loveman described how his company builds customer loyalty, and discussed the company’s hopes to secure one of the new gambling licenses in Massachusetts.
