Building a Better Banking System for America

President and Chief Executive Officer Ed Clark of Toronto-based TD Bank Group spoke at the Chief Executives’ Club of Boston on April 26. He praised the United States for encouraging banks to meet stronger capital requirements while advising regulators against creating overly complicated rules, and discussed the bank’s investment in the U.S. and the Boston area. Wyc Grousbeck, managing partner and governor of the Boston Celtics, introduced Clark.
