Welcome to the office of Facilities Management's website. Facilities Management is a full service, centralized organization comprised of three departments: Capital Projects Management, Environmental Health and Safety and Facilities Services. Each of these units provides specific services to the campus community in support of the overall mission of the University. This site is designed to explain these services and highlight our facilities management program. This program includes the design, planning, construction and maintenance of our buildings and property in a safe and functional manner for the campus community and our visitors. The wide range of services that we provide are detailed in the linked pages and carried out by our team of experienced, dedicated and professional employees.

Our mission is to provide the Boston College community with superior services, modern facilities and a healthy environment through a commitment to excellence on the part of each of our employees.

-Thomas Devine, Vice President Facilities Management
