Join a cohort of future leaders who are determined to shape the future of higher education. In this part-time, three-year program, you’ll build the skills and agility to effect lasting change. 


Face the uncertain future of Higher education. Against a backdrop of budget cuts and volatile enrollment trends, the need for nimble, highly skilled leaders has never been more urgent. 


Expand your network, utilize a global lens, and build a powerful framework for leadership, no matter what the future holds. Our program combines the convenience of online courses with in-person summer residencies.

The Ed.D. in Higher Education Curriculum

48 credits | 14 courses | 3 years

Students learn in an executive-style format that involves case studies and research-based discussions, developing the skills, mindsets, and knowledge needed to tackle issues in higher education in the United States and around the world.

Alumni Community

Graduates return to spaces where leaders make sense of who they are becoming, think together about problems in higher education, and renew the relationships that give this work depth, courage, and continuity.


Retreat

Each year, alumni gather to reflect on their leadership, reconnect across cohorts, and renew the community formed in the program.


Roundtables

Alumni lead open conversations with faculty and invited guests on consequential leadership challenges across higher education.


Coaching

Alumni may join a year-long small-group coaching experience focused on leadership growth, transition, and interpersonal challenges.
