To Install Java before running Kronos 5.0

When you go into Kronos 5.0 for the first time, you will be required to load Java onto your desktop. |
| - The Administrator of the computer must sign on to machine in order to load Java. |

- All Kronos users must login through AGORA and follow the steps to get to Kronos.
A blank Kronos page with the yellow pop-up bar will appear. Follow the instructions below to load Java. |

NOTE: For some users, the yellow bar will not appear as shown below. The Install Java box will just appear as a Popup Box. If so, select Install and follow the directions as shown below.

| You will be prompted with a windows box as shown below to load Java. Select Install to walk you through the next steps. The system will let you know when it is complete and you should then be able to login to Kronos successfully. |




| If you have java loaded and still can not get into Kronos it might be due to multiple versions of Java on your computer. Once you are on the Kronos screen, double click on the java icon in the bottom right corner. At the top of the box it should say Java 1.4. If there are other versions, please follow the steps below: |
