Maps And Directions

The Department of Human Resources is located on the top floor of More Hall which is just off Commonwealth Avenue in the northeast section of the main campus (see below for directions to the main campus). More Hall is across from St. Ignatius Church and is diagonally across Commonwealth Avenue from the MBTA "T" station (the last stop on the Green Line "B" train). Directions to Main Campus
Boston College is located in the Chestnut Hill section of Newton, Massachusetts. The campus is approximately six miles west of the city of Boston. View an approach map (to print, use the PDF version).

• From Points North and South
  Take Interstate 95 (Route 128) to Exit 24 (Route 30). Proceed east on Route 30 for about five miles to Boston College. Route 30 is also known as Commonwealth Avenue.
  
  
• From Points West
  Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 17. At the first set of lights off the exit ramp, take a right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street to the fourth set of lights and turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue. Follow Commonwealth Avenue 1.5 miles to Boston College.

  • Massachusetts Turnpike
    Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 17. Take a left over the bridge after passing the Sheraton Tara Hotel. Take the first right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street to the fourth set of lights and turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue. Follow Commonwealth Avenue 1.5 miles to Boston College.

    The Boston College branch of the MBTA's Green Line ("B" train) ends at the foot of the main campus on Commonwealth Avenue.
