A temporary password will be assigned to you and you will be required to change it the first time you log into Agora. For more information, see Agora: Signing in for the First Time.
There is an option in your Agora menu called Password, PIN, Q&A (Credentials) that allows you to change your password and/or your PIN at anytime. You will need to know your current password or PIN in order to choose a new one (see Figure 1). For step-by-step instructions, see changing your Password, PIN, and challenge questions.

If you are a new employee who does not know your temporary PIN or password, please ask your
Technology Consultant for assistance. All others can request assistance in person at the
CTRC, located in O'Neill, room 250. Proof of identification such as your Eagle-One card or a driver's license must be presented in order to receive PIN or password assistance. If you have already set your Challenge Questions, you can conveniently request assistance by calling 2-HELP.
Note About Saved Password: Some applications like Netscape, MS Outlook, Dreamweaver, and CorporateTime provide the option of remembering your password. This option allows you to use these applications without having to enter your password each time. For security reasons, we strongly recommend against using this feature. If you have allowed any of these applications to remember your password, you will find that you cannot log in after you change your password using Agora. This is because the application will continue to try to log in with the old, locally stored, password. To correct this, see the application's online Help documents to learn how to delete or change a stored password.
Use your password to access the BC network and most online BC services. When you change your password, it will take effect almost immediately on many applications. Some applications are updated overnight.
