  3. In the Deploy window, do the following (see Figure 6):
    • Choose the type of deploy from the options available. Click the "Advanced" button to see all of the options. The "Select asset" type is recommended for most users.
        Full

Deploys the entire site. Use only when necessary; other users may have updated pages that are not ready to be published.

        Changed assets

DO NOT USE THIS OPTION!  Using "Changed Assets" will often cause a long delay in deploying your site (over an hour) while Collage attempts to evaluate all the possible interactions between your pages and other pages and files in the Project. If you have made many changes to many pages, we recommend that you use the Full Deploy option. If you've only changed the text of a few pages, use Selected Assets to only deploy those pages.

Select folder Deploys an entire folder as selected by the user.
Select asset Deploys a single file or multiple files selected by the user.

    • From the Select deploy map drop-down menu, select either Deploy Map for Production or Deploy Map to Webwork Server.

      Note:
If you wish to have the page reviewed by others prior to publishing the page to production, select Deploy Map for Webwork server. The site may be reviewed at: http://webwork.bc.edu:8082/path-to-your-site
    • From the Deploy termination error level drop-down menu, select Only fatal errors.
    • Click OK.

Note: Check the Activities page before you try to deploy again. You can REFRESH the Activities page to see the status of your deploy.
