To Insert a Hyperlink

Make sure you are in the Content Contribution view.
- Use the Project Pane (left pane) to find the Web Page you want to edit.
- Click on the Asset Name in the Details Pane (right pane) to open it.
- Select the link text within the page, then click the Link button on the toolbar

Click the Internal tab (see Figure 1).

Note: If you want the hyperlink to open in a new window, click the Target drop-down menu, and select New Window.

- Click OK.
- Click the External tab (see Figure 3).

- If the Web-Site or email appears in the list, select it. Otherwise, click the New Link button (see Figure 4).

- In the New URL window, do the following (see Figure 5):
- In the Name box, enter a name to identify the link in the list of external links.
- In the URL drop-down menu, select "http://" if you are linking to a Web-Site or "mailto:" for email links.
- In the box next to the drop-down menu, enter the IP address or email address.
- Click OK.

Note: If you need to edit a link from the external link list, click Edit Link, then edit the information.

Click OK.
To Link to the Current Page
- Click the Current Page tab (see Figure 6).

- Select the anchor you want to link to on the current page (see Figure 7).
Note: You must define anchor tags on your page in the editing window before linking to an anchor.
