Assigning Delegate Access in iCal

  1. Choose Preferences from the iCal menu. window.
  2. At the top the window that opens, click the Accounts button.

  3.  Select,  Delegation, and then click Edit.

  4. In the Manage Account Access pane, click the Add (+) button.

  5. Type the username of the person you want to give access to.

  6. Select the level of access you want the person to have for the Calendar and Tasks calendars from the Calendars and Tasks columns.
