PeopleSoft HR Terminate Students
The Terminate Students feature allows Managers to terminate or cancel a student hire that has been processed in PeopleSoft HR.
Students who have graduated or who will no longer be working in a specific department should be terminated.

| Job Request Number/ EmplID/ Name |
Enter the Job Request Number you would like to terminate student(s) in OR Enter other field value(s) to display a list of job requests/students meeting the search criteria. |
| Search | Click the "Search" button to proceed. |
| Terminate Student | |
| Student information for the student to be terminated is displayed on the bottom half of the page. | |
| Field | Description |
| Term/Cancel Date | Enter the date of the last day the student worked. |
| Terminate/Cancel | Click the "Terminate/Cancel" button to terminate the student. |
| Return to Search | Click the "Return to Search" button to return to the Find an Existing Value page to select a different student to terminate. |
