Boston College employees and alumni who plan to buy or sell a home are eligible to register for the Real Estate Advantage Program, administered through Coldwell Banker. Once you register, you will receive a referral to a real estate agent, special guidance through the home finding or selling process, and a cash-back bonus after you close on your home.
Although some states do not allow cash back, this program is a national program, and it is also available to members of a BC employee's immediate family.
