Hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow and/or a Researcher
The Postdoc/Research Hire Process expedites the hire and on-boarding process for Postdoctoral fellows and/or Researchers.
To initiate this process, the applicant should apply online, uploading their resume at bc.edu/postdocresearchers. They do not need to apply for a specific job.
The hiring manager will access the application/resume in PeopleSoft and complete the hire process. For complete instructions on accessing the applicant’s online application/resume and completing the hire process, hiring managers should open the Word document "PeopleSoft eRecruit Postdoc/Research Hire Process."
