Student Programs

The Student Development and Leadership Programs offered by the Winston Center are a testament to the Center’s and BC’s mission.  By offering students a variety of ways to grow their leadership skills, meet young leaders from various backgrounds, and become leaders in their own right, the Center strives to create a new generation of ethical leaders.

Lunch With A Leader

The Winston Center strives to offer more opportunities for personal and one-on-one interactions with our guest speakers.  Students are invited to connect with leaders from their area of interest over an informal lunch gathering, offered repeatedly over the semester.

Brennan Symposium

The Symposium, a top initiative of the Francis P. Brennan ’39 Fund, brings select student leaders into contact with individuals from various industries who provide them with the skills that are necessary for leadership.

Jenks Leadership Program

Sandy Jenks ’47 had a vision of a student leadership program that would help shape future leaders in the service of others.  Jenks is that vision, named for the BC alumnus and administrator that worked tirelessly for the students.

Ambassadors and Vargas

Ambassador Program

The Winston Center relies on its student leaders to help move the mission of the Center forward. Students are brought on as ambassadors to help promote events, serve on welcoming committees, and increase Center connections.
