Jenny has twenty years plus of experience working in Fortune 500 Companies across a variety of functions—from Finance and Information Technology to Human Resources. Much of my career was spent leading large, complex projects that required partnership across multiple departments. This work helped me refine my strategy skills and helped prepare me for leading HR departments responsible for ~10,000 employees. A big emphasis for me was on team building and coaching to increase organizational effectiveness and personal performance. She completed a doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Change, and conducted research on the impacts of stress on the individual and the organization. This included the design and implementation of a program focused on helping employees develop better coping and stress management skills.
Scott Madden, Senior Partner/Director of Strategy, Connelly Partners
A seasoned brand strategist and lifelong student of human nature, Scott has been a Senior Partner with Connelly Partners for 14 years. Scott is our agency’s strategic leader — be it the emotional or behavioral intelligence of our audiences, or evolutions in discipline, channel or technology approach that drive everything we do and how we think. He has extensive experience in articulating empathic brand strategies and dynamic customer experience blueprinting and touches nearly every client on CP’s roster. Scott pioneered CP’s empathy engineering philosophy and proprietary IQ/EQ/BQ process, which emphasizes the importance of identifying shared values between a brand and its audience through affective empathy. He’s led both qualitative and quantitative research programs of national and international scale for numerous clients. Previously a Managing Director of CGN until the company’s merger with Connelly Partners in 2002, Scott also served as VP, Management Supervisor at Arnold Worldwide working on many agency cornerstone accounts.
Brian McDonald, Vice President, Human Resources, Fidelity Investments
Brian McDonald is an executive coach, management consultant, and business advisor. For nearly 30 years Brian has worked with business executives, leaders, and managers to improve their personal effectiveness, the functioning of their teams, and the design and alignment of their organizations. His practice includes one on one coaching and consulting, leadership and management team training, organizational design and change management consulting engagements, and HR functional leadership including compensation, performance management, employee relations, talent management (acquisition, development, engagement, and retention). Operating with the belief that all business results are achieved through the efforts of people, he works with executives on the most effective execution of business strategies through the engagement of people and teams. Highly skilled managers and effective team processes are critical success factors for organizations to achieve high levels of performance. Brian is currently a Vice President of Human Resources with Fidelity Investments consulting to the executive team in the Fidelity Personal Investing and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Human Resource and Talent Management strategy for a nationally distributed sales and service organization.
Prior to Fidelity, Brian worked in banking where through industry consolidation he became a practitioner of change implementation and leadership. Brian is a double eagle and has two bachelor’s degrees from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management and his masters from the Woods College of Advancing Studies.

Dr. Foster Mobley a recognized thought leader and award-winning author on the topic of high performance leading. As founder of FMG Leading and its CEO for over 30 years, Foster has served as a trusted advisor and executive coach to more than 100 C-level leaders. In addition, Dr. Mobley has advised hundreds of companies on large scale transformation to enhance human capital performance and competitiveness. His practice has included some of the most respected business organizations in the world, such as Citicorp, DaVita, Deloitte, Disney, Turner Broadcasting and United Technologies. In addition to his work with business organizations, Dr.
Mobley enjoys more than 15 years of success advising elite-level collegiate athletes, teams and coaches on achieving full performance, resulting in four NCAA Championships and five National Coach of the Year awards for his clients.
Dr. Mobley’s ongoing research seeks to discover deeper relationships between high performance and emotional intelligence. His thesis is that certain dimensions of emotional intelligence (i.e. presence, self-awareness and social awareness) are linked both to high performing teams and their ability to influence business objectives. In 2011, Dr. Mobley published “Leadersh*t: Rethinking The True Path To Great Leading”, a contrarian view to
conventional notions of leadership. Winner of two national book awards, the book has drawn needed attention to the true, inner journey of enlightened leaders. His latest book, written in collaboration with FMG Leading’s CEO, Dr. Matt Brubaker, is devoted to their research findings on leadership and human capital. It is scheduled for publication in late 2016 by Greenleaf Book Group.
Dr. Mobley received his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University’s Gradziadio School of Business and Management, and his Doctor of Education in Organizational Change (Ed.D.) degree from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
Anne Marie Scanlon, Vice President, Global Human Resources, ACI Worldwide
Strategic HR Professional with 20 plus years of experience primarily in Technology, Life Sciences and Retail. Currently at ACI Worldwide as the Vice President, Global Human Resources. ACI Worldwide delivers electronic banking and payment solutions for more than 5,000 financial institutions, retailers, billers and processors with $14 trillion each day in payments.
Responsible for leading the Human Resources function for the Global Technology organization with 2,500 employees. Focus on growing and retaining key technical talent within the organization. Manage a global human resources team with business partners in the US, Europe, India and South Africa.
Prior to ACI, held the position of Senior Director, Global Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific leading the Global Sales and Marketing for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business with $2.5 B in revenue. Spent eight years at EMC, held Human Resources leadership global roles supporting Sales, Marketing, Services, Engineering and Customer Service. Last position held was the Global Human Resources Director at RSA, the Cybersecurity Division of EMC.
Paul Waystack, CFO, Eastern Real Estate, LLC
Paul J. Waystack is the Chief Financial Officer for Eastern Real Estate. Paul is responsible for all of the company’s financial operations, including finance, cash management, accounting, financial reporting and compliance. He also oversees the firm’s capital market activities and is involved with the analysis and structuring of investments. Paul has been a member of Eastern Real Estate and its affiliate companies since 1997.
Prior to joining Eastern Real Estate, Paul served as a CPA specializing in auditing, tax and accounting as well as advisory and information technology services for a diverse client base. He received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Merrimack College and the designation of Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
An active member of the real estate community, Paul has completed numerous continuing professional education credits, including courses at the Boston University Program for Real Estate Studies. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Finance Association and the Private Equity CFO Association.
Educational experience includes an MBA from Syracuse University a Master of Science in Human Resources and Bachelor of Science in Business from Northeastern University.
