Sloan Research Network on Aging & Work hosts international meeting at Harvard University

In collaboration with the T.H.Chan School of Public Health at Harvard University, the Sloan Research Network on Aging & Work at Boston College hosted a meeting October 27-28, 2016 to discuss research strategies for overcoming the constraints of later life work.  Representatives from 9 countries and multiple disciplinary perspectives gathered to present research proposals to be carried out over the coming year. Sessions focused on employer policies and practices, the role of age bias, effective training strategies for older workers, and public policy--what we have and what we need.
