3 in 10 workers age 50+ would consider other job offers or are actively looking.

39% of employees under age 50 say that they would consider other jobs and 10% are actively looking.  For workers age 50+, only 24% say they would consider other jobs and only 5% actively looking, according to a 2015 analysis of Aon Hewitt employee engagement data.  (p. 20)
