About Half of Workers Age 50+ Have Younger Bosses

Among workers age 50 and older, 48% say their current boss is younger than they are, 18% say their current boss is older, and 27% say their current boss is about the same age, according to a 2013 survey by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.
