Founder and President
Linda Roundtree is founder and president of Roundtree Consulting. She partners with organizations to design, implement, and communicate work-life initiatives and complete applications for “best company” lists. Linda has written numerous toolkits, journal articles, and published papers, including the Sloan Center on Aging & Work’s 2010 practitioner report, Age: A 21st Century Diversity Imperative and Flex Strategies to Attract, Engage & Retain Older Workers (March 2012). Linda is a faculty member with WorldatWork. She has served as president of the boards of Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) and Child Care Resources and continues to be actively involved with both organizations.
