Report a Shuttle Bus Problem

Please fill out this form if you have experienced a problem with the Shuttle service. In order for the Office of Transportation & Parking Services to follow up on your situation, we ask that you be as accurate as possible in detailing your problem. Please include the exact date, time, and location of your problem. If you experienced a problem with a specific driver, please give us the drivers name and/or bus number. Bus numbers are located on the front and back of every bus.

We will attempt to respond to all questions, suggestions, and/or complaints as soon as possible. We ask for your name, email, and phone so we may be better able to investigate the situation and follow up with you!
