What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope my participants find my class to be a fun way to get a good workout and use it as an escape from the daily stresses of life!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want people to leave my classes feeling empowered in their bodies and centered in their minds. Fitness should be fun! I hope my classes offer people a chance to appreciate their bodies for all that they can do.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want people to learn about the ways in which yoga can be a great way to workout our physical bodies and relax our minds in a way that's invigorating, challenging, and most importantly—fun.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I'd like for my participants to leave class feeling accomplished, energized, and stronger than they did when they came in!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to realize that sweating can be FUN and feel like they just came out of a party and not a class.

Fun Fact: I'm a member of the BC Swim and Dive team and a former member of the U.S. Army!

What I hope participants get out of my class: As a fitness instructor, I want to give my class something to leave with when they walk out of my door. Whether it's motivation, a sense of accomplishment, or even a release from the world outside the spin room, it is my job to give them that "something."

What I hope participants get out of my class: Above all else I hope my participants leave feeling happy and strong. I want my classes to be a positive space where participants can feel empowered and meet new people!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want my participants to feel strong when they leave my classes! It takes a lot of mental strength to show up to a class and even more physical strength to kick butt for an hour. They should walk out of my classes feeling powerful inside and out!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to leave each ride proud of being mentally and physically stronger than when they stepped into the room. I hope they thank themselves for taking an hour of their day simply to have fun and enjoy the journey. In my class, we ride to the beat, so to leave with a new song stuck in your head isn’t too bad, either!

Fun Fact: I failed my driver’s license test which is why I cycle

What I hope participants get out of my class: Sweat!! There is no better feeling than pushing your limits and feeling confident. I think everyone should enjoy working out so I want to have everyone dancing, singing, riding with a friend! A workout is a space in time to leave all your daily troubles aside and let you your body and mind be at its best!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to have 45 minutes of COMPLETE disconnect from life outside the studio! Each person should be able to use my class to connect with the music, their bodies, and the hard work they’re putting in to walk out feeling stronger in every dimension of their lives- body and mind!

Fun Fact: Cereal is my favorite food, but I almost never eat it at its intended time of breakfast. Late night? HUGE Apple Jacks girl.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope that each and every individual leaves my class feeling connected, both physically and mentally, proud of their decision to practice self-care, cleansed from a little sweat action, and capable of tackling the rest of their day with a mindful headspace. Most importantly, I hope that they leave class with a gentle attitude towards themselves and their practice as well as towards those around them, so they can set the world aflame!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I truly hope my participants can just have fun! I strongly believe that the team-work atmosphere in Group Fitness classes makes them more enjoyable. I’m always smiling and I hope to energize my participants!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope everyone leaves my class feeling like they had a fun and challenging workout! I want my participants to leave it all out on the floor and see that they are mentally and physically stronger than they think. I also want to show people that sometimes the only equipment you need for a great workout is your body!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to feel strong, beautiful, and connected to themselves and each other while having fun! The hour of work is their time to focus on themselves and leave everything else at the door.

Fun Fact: Obsessed with golden retrievers. No really it’s a problem.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope students will be able to flow through class in a way that honors exactly where they are at the present moment. 60 minutes of breath, sweat, challenge, release, all guiding them towards  a deeper strength and connection to their mind, body, and spirit.  And of course, have fun! :)

What I hope participants get out of my class: Whatever they need that day! I really love the mind/body/spirit aspect of yoga and hope that my students leave feeling both centered and physically challenged--all while having fun. I hope that they can take some small part of this class off the mat with them into life.

What I hope participants get out of my class: Have fun! The music is upbeat and my class is always welcoming. I want everyone to come in pumped for 45 minutes of spin and leave feeling  even stronger and more empowered than before.

Fun Fact: I figure skated professionally for three years for Disney on Ice so I definitely have some cheesy, inspiring quotes to get you through a tough workout!

What I hope participants get out of my class: My hope is that participants of all levels leave my class sweaty, inspired by new skills they learned, and eager to meet/make new fitness goals.

Fun Fact: Before coming to BC, I took a gap year. I spent a couple months backpacking through East Africa and a couple months teaching yoga in Peru! 

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to use my class as an opportunity to prioritize their own mental and physical wellbeing. My hope is that every person leaves feeling sweaty, strong, confident, and filled with endorphins!
