What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope my participants find my class to be a fun way to get a good workout and use it as an escape from the daily stresses of life!

What I hope participants get out of my class: My goal is to create a full-body workout that leaves people feeling strong and knowing they had fun while doing it.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to gain a sense of self appreciation for the hard work the put in as well as the motivation to keep on working hard. A quote I like to tell my class is "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."

Fun Fact: Even though I teach classes with emphasis on balance, I am a terrible klutz!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want people to leave my classes feeling empowered in their bodies and centered in their minds. Fitness should be fun! I hope my classes offer people a chance to appreciate their bodies for all that they can do.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope that leaving my class participants will feel energized and empowered. I focus on the mind body experience even in a class liking spin. I want everyone to leave feeling stronger and with a feeling of positivity.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want participants to realize that sweating can be FUN and feel like they just came out of a party and not a class.

Music Taste: My taste in music is a combination of pop, tropical house and EDM - must have a good beat in order to make it a good ride! You can also find a mix of new releases and throwback songs on my playlists

Fun Fact: Sarah Good was a witch accused in the Salem Witch Trials. If you've read The Crucible, you probably know what I'm talking about!

What I hope participants get out of my class:  I hope people come to my class and discover that a spin class can be equally as fun as it is a hard workout. The more you go, the less intimidating it gets!

Fun Fact: I'm a member of the BC Swim and Dive team and a former member of the U.S. Army!

What I hope participants get out of my class: As a fitness instructor, I want to give my class something to leave with when they walk out of my door. Whether it's motivation, a sense of accomplishment, or even a release from the world outside the spin room, it is my job to give them that "something."

Fun Fact: I taught Theology to 7 current BC freshmen when they were in high school - hey guys!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope participants find in my class an opportunity to breathe through challenge, and recognize just how powerful they are. I'm so often cuing: "Just because we're working hard doesn't mean it's time to go into panic mode." We practice sticking with the basics: breath, form, effort...and working alongside friends to a solid beat definitely doesn't hurt. This been such a helpful metaphor for me in not only athletics, but academics, relationships, and LIFE!

Fun Fact: I ran my first marathon in October in Chicago, and my goal is to run Boston in the next few years!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope that my participants feel comfortable challenging themselves in my classes both physically and mentally, and leave each one feeling strong, healthy and confident.

Fun Fact:  I once organized a charity 5k for colon cancer research. 

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want my participants to walk into my class and feel challenged and motivated and to walk out feeling strong and accomplished. I think it's extremely important to place an emphasis on participants’ strengths and believe that fitness should be a celebration of all bodies and abilities.

Fun Fact: I’m terrified of planes, cry every time I get on one (even at 20 years old) but I love to travel.

What I hope participants get out of my class: The most important thing I want participants to get out of my classes is feeling empowered by sweating with their BC community. The participants in my class make up a team who are getting stronger by working hard together. The goal is to leave feeling strong, sweaty, and healthy.

What I hope participants get out of my class: I want my participants to feel strong when they leave my classes! It takes a lot of mental strength to show up to a class and even more physical strength to kick butt for an hour. They should walk out of my classes feeling powerful inside and out!

What I hope participants get out of my class: I hope my participants are able to come to my class and forget about all the other stressors in their life, and commit to themselves for the 45 minutes of class. I hope they walk out feeling stronger, more energized, and also had lots of fun in the process!
