Group Swimming Lessons
This beginner swimming class is for the novice who wants to learn the basics of swimming and gain comfort in the water. No swimming experience necessary.
This class is for swimmers who know the basics of swimming or who have completed Beginner Swim. Participants will improve their technique and comfort level in the water. This course is great preparation for swimmers who aren’t quite ready for Pre-Masters Swim
This pre-masters swimming class is for the intermediate swimmer who wants to learn efficiency and improve their technique. Participants must be able to swim at least fifty yards freestyle or have completed Beginning Swim to participate.
Our stand up paddleboard yoga course is designed for individuals who are comfortable on stand up paddleboards, but experience is not required as long as you can swim and are ready to challenge your balance on the water. Falling in is common! Yoga flow foundations is reasonably paced to create strength, flexibility, and balance. This 60-minute class will be held in the diving pool.
