A Jesuit priest, Fr. Conn is a professor of the practice of canon law. He served as the Ordinary Professor of Canon Law at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, where he earned his doctorate. He is a consultor of the Holy See’s Congregation for Catholic Education and Congregation for the Clergy, and a commissioner of the matrimonial section of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
