Heading out of town this summer? Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, if you plan to bring a laptop, tablet, smartphone, or other device, we recommend you review our Travel Security Tips.

The web page highlights things you can do before, during, and after your trip to ensure your devices, and the data they contain, are protected. Here are a few example tips for your travels:

Setup Eagle VPN on your laptop/smartphone

Use Eagle VPN when connecting your devices to any public or hotel networks. VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology adds extra protection by encrypting the data you send over these networks.

Setup BC 2-Step Verification on the smartphone/tablet you plan to bring on your travels

In order to connect to Eagle VPN you must authenticate using the added security of BC 2-Step Verification. Make sure your mobile device is setup to use BC 2-Step Verification before you travel.
