Protect your iPhone from latest attack
For most college students, with busy schedules and social calendars, taking the time to update iPhone software is not the first priority. However, the newest iPhone update, iOS 9.3.5, is critical for all iPhone users and should be installed immediately.
On August 25, Apple released the update in response to the creation of “Pegasus,” spyware created by an intelligence company called the NSO Group. “Pegasus” allows its user to initiate a malware attack on any iPhone, lifting user information from apps such as Facebook and Gmail.
Luckily, the newest update protects the iPhone user’s sensitive information from the Pegasus spyware and, in as little as five minutes, you can download it and make sure all of your apps are safe!
In case you don’t already know how to download an iPhone software update, here are four simple steps:
- Go to your iPhone’s homescreen and click on Settings.
- Go to General.
- Click on Software Update.
- Press Install Now.
