Faculty have a few video conferencing options for academic and University-related business.
Video conferencing systems are installed in two rooms on campus. They are used for conferences where more than four people will participate.
The portable systems allow you to hold a video conference in any room on campus that has a network connection. Appropriate for 2 to 3 participants.
Video Conferencing from your Office Computer
Face-to-face conferencing with one other person is possible from a personal computer providing both participants are equipped with a camera and conferencing software. Not all BC computers are properly equipped; cameras and software may be purchased separately. Please schedule an appointment with your Technology Consultant for a consultation.
