DNS requests are made through ITService Center. Please have your TC submit a ticket to the Systems Management group detailing your specific dns request.
Server password resets are made through ITService Center. Please have your TC submit a ticket to the Systems Management group detailing the name of your server and the user id that requires access.
If you need to have a file restored, please inform your TC who will then open a Service Center Request ticket and direct it to the Systems group. If you require an emergency data restore, please contact Computer Operations at 2-2386.
If you need to create a new user id on a system, have your TC submit an ITService Center ticket to the Systems Management group. Have the TC note the name of the server and provide information identifying the person who will be using the id. Please also indicate the level of data access this new user should be granted.
