The IT Service Management (ITSM) team was created in June 2014. The goal of ITSM is to provide a holistic view to managing an organization’s people, practices, and products. The focus is on the quality of services from the customer’s perspective.
The ITSM team is utilizing a best practice approach picking from a variety of industry best practice frameworks (i.e. ITIL, TQM). The team is developing an IT Service Management strategy that will focus on comprehensive service delivery to our customers while implementing continual service improvement.
