The IT Service Management (ITSM) team was created in June 2014. The initial goal of ITSM at Boston College is to facilitate a predictable and continuously improving IT environment that aligns with University needs and expectations of quality.
The ITSM team is utilizing a best practice approach picking from a variety of industry best practice frameworks (i.e. ITIL, TQM). The team is developing an IT Service Management strategy that will focus on comprehensive service delivery to our customers while implementing continual service improvement.
