Campaign Learning Outcomes

BOUNCE BACK

Students who participate in the Bounce Back Challenge will: 

  • Be able to articulate the basic concepts of resilience. 
  • Demonstrate an increase in baseline resilience from pre-post challenge 
  • Increase their readiness to change (in the direction of adopting healthier behaviors).
  • Develop at least one new self-care technique in order to better cope with inevitable life stressors
  • Be able to identify at least one social connection to enhance their support system
  • Be able to identify at least one coping strategy in order to better deal with stressful situations and stress in general

WASTED WEEKEND

As a result of the campaign, first year women will:

  • Increase their motivation to avoid drinking to excess
  • Utilize lower risk drinking strategies
  • Decrease the negative consequences associated with their alcohol use
  • Feel supported in their choices to abstain or drink moderately

GOT TIME? 

Students exposed to the Got Time? campaign will: 

  • Be able to correctly identify the 3 key messages 
  • Have an opportunity to reflect on their current time management
  • Increase their knowledge specific to time management 
  • Increase their readiness to change (in the direction of adopting healthier behaviors)
  • Be able to identify at least one strategy they learned to improve their time management
  • Be able to articulate at least one resource available to support them in improving their time management

NOURISH

Students exposed to the Nourish campaign will: 

  • Be able to correctly identify the six key messages of the healthy eating campaign
  • Demonstrate plans to make changes in eating habits
