The Office of Health Promotion directs programs and services that foster the health and well-being of our students and campus community.

The Office of Health Promotion provides individual and group health programming to help you discover strategies to optimize your emotional and physical health throughout your years at Boston College and beyond.
Our Health Promotion team is comprised of health educators, health coaches, and student volunteers who work collaboratively to advance healthy living habits on campus.
The Office also offers students access to a free health screening to anonymously assess your health and wellbeing!

Individual Health Plans and conversations cover 12 health domains. You will meet with a trained and certified peer Health Coach who will help you to develop personal health goals and strategies to live by. Click here to schedule your iHP! Appointments are availalbe Monday - Thursday 12 pm - 4 pm.
For more specific individual assessments, we are also offering appointments in the following areas:
iPlan: Managing Time -- Tuesdays/Thursdays 10 am - 12 pm
iSleep: Healthy Sleep -- Wednesdays 10 am - 12 pm
iChill: Managing Stress - Fridays 10 am - 12 pm
