BC Dining is a proud member of the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative.
Boston College has joined 40 other institutions in advancing life-long food choices among university students. Menus of Change addresses the critical roles that culinary arts, menu design, ingredient sources, and restaurant layout can play in fostering lasting change towards how individuals and institutions consider food choices.
CULINARY SHOWCASE ROLLS OUT MENUS OF CHANGE
Held in Corcoran, McElroy and Stuart, BC Dining presented new menus of change items, featuring sustainable, nutritious and delicious foods. The Heights article explains that traditional foods will still be offered.
