Culinary innovation is important to us, and we have encouraged BC Dining team members to provide creative menu ideas to offer to you as BC Test Kitchen selections. If we get positive comments, a dish will move out of the test kitchen and onto our permanent menu!

TAPAS PROGRAM SELECTED AS BEST MENU WINNER
Food Management selected BC Dining's Tapas program as Best Menu winner in their annual Best Concepts awards. Our tapas started out in our Test Kitchen, and we are proud how well our program has done.
