At Boston College, the Enrollment Management team is comprised of the University's chief strategists in the areas of undergraduate recruitment, retention, financial strategies, and enrollment research. In close collaboration with the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the Office of Student Services, we provide executive guidance on ways to enhance Boston College's image globally by designing strategies to recruit, enroll, retain, service, and graduate first-rate scholars dedicated to academic excellence and service to others.

Some of our activities include: designing predictive models to analyze current and future enrollment goals in conjunction with their related costs and required resources; conducting primary and secondary research on undergraduate admissions, enrollment, and financial aid policies; compiling quantitative and qualitative responses to undergraduate institutional surveys ranking or profiling Boston College; leading competitive analysis and benchmarking efforts on all of the above areas to guide University decision making and policy setting.
