The Boston College On-Campus Recruiting Program offers employers the opportunity to schedule on-campus interviews and host recruiting events with Boston College students. Through your EagleLink account, you can request interview dates, information sessions, and manage your interview schedule(s).
As a participant in the program, you’ll have digital access to student resumes in advance of the interview date so you can select the candidates you’d like to meet. We’ll coordinate your interview schedule and publicize your job openings.
A typical on-campus interview day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and accommodates up to twelve 30-minute interviews with an hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. However, we can arrange your interview schedule to fit your specifications.
Information Sessions & Recruiting Events
We can also help you arrange an information session or recruiting event to inform students about your industry, organization, career paths, and corporate culture.
