If you’re interested in reaching a talented pool of diverse student candidates, Boston College can help. We offer a variety of resources to help you connect with AHANA (African-American, Hispanic, Asian, and Native American) students, veterans, students with disabilities, LGBTQ students, and more. For example:
General Information Session
The Career Center can help you arrange an on-campus information session to present your company and job/internship opportunities to AHANA students and other diverse populations.
The Career Center can facilitate a workshop on almost any career topic for you to meet with students to provide general advice or give them information about applying to your company.
Each year, the Career Center hosts a Fall Career & Internship Fair featuring for-profit and non-profit organizations seeking students for full-time and internship opportunities. In conjunction with the Fair, there is an optional Reverse Career Fair preceding the fair. This event provides an opportunity for employers to connect directly with student organizations focused on academic, pre-professional, and diversity interest.
The Career Center communicates regularly with students through email blasts and monthly newsletters. We can help you publicize your job or internship opportunity through these channels in addition to posting it in EagleLink.
