Print and Publication
A new print program has been formed that allows the University to operate more effectively and preserve the graphic identity and standards.
All print projects should be initially reviewed to determine whether they can be done with e-mail, social media, or other non-print applications.
If any project needs to be printed you must chose from the mandated printer list. If the printers cannot meet your needs, please complete the Print Management Exception Request Form and send it to your P1 representative for approval. Please note: In order to obtain approval from your P1, the mandated printers must not have the capabilities of the the print project you are requesting.
EAGLE PRINT services is the contracted supplier for all standard University stationery, business cards, and envelopes. www.bc.edu/eagleprint
Only orders by approved printers, under $5,000.00 can be charged to your p-card.
Orders over $10,000.00 must be competitively bid by Procurement Services and issued a Purchase Order. Contact: Cecilia McClay
