We're looking for performing artists, craft artists, and visual artists to perform in or submit work to the 2018 Arts Festival, April 26-28th!


Propose New Programs or Projects

Each year, the Arts Festival committee accepts applications for new programs and projects. The deadline for proposals is January 29, 2018.




Performing Artists

Bands and Singer/Songwriters
The festival provides opportunities for singer/songwriters and rock bands to perform. Partnering with CAB and the Music Guild, the Arts Council encourages BC student musicians to participate in BC’s Best – a talent competition at the festival that is preceded by several preliminary competitions.




BC Cultural Arts Night

Calling all Boston College cultural groups!

This year's Main Tent on Friday evening at the Arts Festival will be dedicated to to a collaborative program showcasing BC students and their cultural heratige. All Boston College cultural groups are welcome to apply, individuals will also be accepted. Submit a project proposal explaining what you do and why you would like to be involved.

To get involved in the event, submit the proposal online. Please also use the form to upload any available examples of your work: sound clips, word docs, videos, etc.

Event Date & Time: Friday, April 27, 2018, 9:30-11pm, Main Tent (O'Neill Plaza).





Craft Artists

There will be a craft sale for table items like jewelry, scarves, hand bags, etc., during the Arts Festival. Please email the Arts Council at to describe your craft and interest by March 20, 2018. Craft Artists must be able to demonstrate some affiliation with the Boston College community.




Student Art Show

The BC student art exhibitions are curated by BC Professor's and the Festival Gallery Director. Students can sign up to submit their work here.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday, April 9, 2018.
